Acxiom’s Indirect organization is looking for a Senior Account Manager to support reseller account management and also support pricing and operations for solutions including Acxiom’s data and identity products. We are looking for an autonomous account manager, with experience in supporting reseller clients and a deep understanding of multi-product data and identity solutions, with or without agency media engagement. This role will also be required to support operations and operational improvements required to optimize the commercial, contracting and delivery process, where needed. The ideal candidate is passionate about client satisfaction, contributing to process improvement and managing client relationships. The role is focused on the US. The right candidate can work remote.
We need:
- A proven track record of reseller account support including knowledge of data and identity products, knowledge and experience with Acxiom products and operations is a plus
- Solid understanding of people-based data and identity products in both mar tech and ad tech
- Ability to manage reseller client requests efficiently
- Experience managing the full range of reseller client requests associated with data and identity products with a lens toward compliance
- Negotiating skills
- Ability to steward the contracting process, as needed
- Ability to understand and articulate the value of Acxiom products to the broader solution
- Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
You will:
- Report directly to the VP, Commercial Strategy
- Manage assigned accounts and special projects, as required
- Collaborate closely with the product team and the delivery functions on solutions
- Responsible for pricing entries within Salesforce tool, including updates as opportunity evolves
- Assist in ensuring smooth operations in advance of needed process improvements
What you will need:
- Degree in business, marketing or a technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years subject matter expertise across marketing data, identity and analytics
- Knowledge of the digital ecosystem
- Experience with market leaders in data and identity across CRM and media
- High-performing leadership characteristics to inspire and grow the careers of your team
- Strategic and critical thinking skills to discern and react to emerging market needs
