What You’ll Do
- Be the Voice of the Client: Own key client relationships—understand their business priorities, challenges, and success metrics. Deliver a high-touch, proactive experience that drives satisfaction and results.
- Drive Renewals & Growth: Lead the strategy for renewals and upsells. Identify new opportunities and collaborate with Sales to grow revenue across your account portfolio.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Act as the trusted advisor for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clarity, and ongoing engagement across technical and business teams.
- Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with our delivery team to ensure performance meets (and exceeds) expectations. Champion quality, transparency, and problem-solving.
- Track & Optimize: Own NPS and satisfaction metrics for your accounts. Surface feedback and insights that drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Know the Market: Stay sharp on tech and staffing trends. Share competitive intelligence and client opportunities with internal stakeholders to stay ahead of the curve.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in client success, sales, or account management roles.
- 3+ years of proven success in a B2B customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated experience growing existing accounts and driving renewals.
- Background in the tech industry or staff augmentation is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Comfortable managing multiple large accounts.
- Based in LATAM with occasional travel to the U.S. and quarterly LATAM meetups.
