What to expect:

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to maintain and grow our relationships with our enterprise Out of Home (OOH) Media customers in North America. Our industry leading products are diverse and are used by many different client departments including network operations, sales and ad operations. This results in deep and often complex customer relationships that require proactive management to ensure that our customers get the most of what we have to offer. The Senior Account Manager will join a team of AM’s that helps our clients get the most value from our products & services, and gain insights from industry experts. 

Overall goals: grow revenue (upsell); reduce churn; deepen relationships (be seen as partners, not just vendors); centralize communication.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth with existing enterprise clients to meet annual targets
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities through Broadsign's product portfolio
  • Conduct strategic account planning and quarterly business reviews
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from C-Suite to operational teams
  • Ensure data accuracy and CRM hygiene for assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client solutions
  • Represent Broadsign at industry events and conferences

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years in enterprise account management or sales
  • Proven track record in solutions sales with long sales cycles
  • Experience working with revenue targets and quotas
  • Strong OOH or relevant industry background
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management
  • Technical aptitude and business acumen
  • is able to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Fluency in a language other than English is valued

The expected salary range for this role in New Jersey is $90,000 - $120,000, plus commission potential, health benefits, a 401k with company match*, and a wellness stipend. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location. For roles outside of New Jersey, the salary range will be adjusted to reflect the local market
