As we continue to grow, we are adding a Senior Account Manager who will play a critical role as a bridge between customers and internal teams (engineering, production, quality) to help drive on-time delivery, satisfaction, and retention.  This role is responsible for fostering and maintaining long-term customer relationships by making the production order process as seamless as possible, which includes building strong working relationships cross-functionally. You will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries, orders, and post-sales support, partnering closely with sales, engineering and operations to deliver an exceptional, proactive customer experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Support multiple customer accounts in the aerospace and defense industries. 
  • Serve as the primary customer liaison for assigned accounts, building strong, long-term relationships. 
  • Manage customer inquiries ensuring fast response to RFQs, order status and fulfillment from initial quote through delivery. 
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to define customer requirements, timelines, and technical specifications. 
  • Coordinate production schedules and communicate order status, lead times, and changes to customers. 
  • Identify opportunities for account growth. 
  • Resolve customer issues related to quality, delivery, or technical concerns in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Support new product introductions and custom composite solutions for customers. 
  • Stay informed on customer markets, applications, and industry trends related to composites. 
  • Other duties as required with shifting needs. 

Required:

  • Be awesome! Be the kind of person you want to work with! 
  • 5+ years in in a fast-paced client-facing role (Account Management, Sales, Customer Success). 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills. 
  • Experience working in manufacturing, aerospace or defense industries. 
  • Comfortable managing and balancing multiple priorities. 
  • Ability to research and keep informed on industry trends as it applies to the client/client industry.
