Founded in 2009 and drawing on 30+ years' experience from our parent company in Japan, Side has since grown to become a global force with 15+ studios in over a dozen countries across North America, Europe, South America, and Asia.

Our industry-leading services include game development, art production, audio production, quality assurance, localization, localization QA, player support, community management, and datasets. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager will serve as a partner to steward and expand a portfolio of enterprise gaming accounts across North America. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on protecting core revenue, strengthening executive relationships, and strategically growing service-line engagement in a dynamic market.

You will act as a trusted partner to publishers and developers, balancing commercial discipline with long-term relationship health.

What you will do in this role:

Revenue Stewardship & Account Ownership

  • Own revenue performance across assigned enterprise accounts. Monitor trends, identify risk early, and proactively mitigate revenue erosion.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy and clear pipeline visibility.
  • Protect margin integrity in commercial negotiations and renewals.

Strategic Account Expansion

  • Develop and execute structured account growth plans.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across Side’s service lines.
  • Drive cross-LOB expansion in partnership with Solutions and Delivery teams.
  • Activate new services within existing accounts while maintaining trust and stability.

Executive Relationship Leadership

  • Build multi-threaded relationships across production, operations, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Engage senior decision-makers (VP, Studio Head, SVP level).
  • Lead structured business reviews and long-term strategic discussions.
  • Position Side as a strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor.
  • Forecasting & Commercial Discipline
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene and disciplined opportunity management.
  • Provide rolling 60–90 day forecast visibility.
  • Ensure opportunities meet qualification standards before inclusion in forecasts.
  • Escalate commercial or delivery risks early and transparently.

Global Collaboration

  • Partner closely with global delivery leadership across EU and APAC.
  • Align pricing, solutions, and capacity planning to support account growth.
  • Ensure seamless transition from commercial agreement to operational execution.

Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of enterprise account management experience within gaming or adjacent technology services.
  • Demonstrated success expanding multi-service portfolios within existing accounts.
  • Experience working within global, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to operate effectively in evolving market conditions.
  • Executive-level communication and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the game development lifecycle and outsourced service models.
