We’re trusted by global brands to bring the latest AI developments directly to their frontline. eduMe is backed by Workday and is a certified Workday Platinum Partner.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth across the US.

You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business with mid-market and enterprise companies - helping transform how they enable their frontline workforce. This is a key role in scaling eduMe’s impact and expanding our customer base across key verticals such as retail, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing and services. We operate on a hybrid working schedule, spending 3 days per week together in our Playa Vista office in Los Angeles. You will report directly to the CEO (based in LA).

What you’ll do
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close for qualified inbound and self-generated opportunities
  • Proactively generate pipeline through targeted outbound outreach, account-based prospecting, and strategic networking
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (C-suite, L&D, Operations, HR and IT) to understand their challenges and align eduMe’s value proposition
  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations that highlight eduMe’s impact and ROI
  • Proactively embrace and use AI tooling to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the sales process
  • Partner with Marketing to convert inbound demand into high-quality opportunities
  • Build relationships and collaborate with our strategic and technology partners to close shared customers
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a seamless handover and long-term customer success, as well as contribute to the product feedback loop that drives our product development
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene to ensure visibility and predictability of performance
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategy, messaging, and best practices, helping shape how eduMe sells at scale
  • Navigate complex mid-market and enterprise buying processes with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
What you’ll need
  • Proven success as a Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, or similar closing role within B2B SaaS
  • Strong track record of exceeding quota and managing complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles at eduMe’s ACV
  • Experience selling learning, training, workforce enablement, HR tech, or frontline software solutions is highly desirable
  • Demonstrable AI fluency - you actively use AI tools to improve productivity, research, communication, and customer engagement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A consultative, value-based approach to selling - you focus on solving problems, not pushing products
  • Curiosity, drive, and resilience - you’re excited to build, experiment, and make an impact in a fast-growing company
What we’ll offer you
  • 25 days of paid leave a year, plus federal holidays
  • 100% employer covered healthcare, dental and vision coverage
  • Inclusion in the company share option plan - you’re a part of the success!
  • Flexible working to support you, your life, and those around you
  • On top of the above, we offer every employee the chance to spend 6 weeks working from anywhere around the globe, every year
  • Access to 401k plan with company match
  • Excellent paid parental leave for primary and secondary carers
  • $650 annual personal learning and education budget
  • A bi-annual social budget to spend with your team
  • Weekly catered lunch and breakfast, snacks, drinks and massages!

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
