We don't do "lightweight." We build the systems that the physical world runs on. While the rest of the world is busy optimizing ad clicks, we are helping our customers build the future: drones, satellites, nuclear energy, etc.
As our Senior Account Executive, you aren't just managing a pipeline; you are a technical diplomat. You’ll be navigating the intersection of deep engineering and massive capital expenditure, closing deals that move atoms, not just bits.
What You’ll DoArchitect the Deal: Own the full sales cycle for complex, multi-million dollar deployments. This isn't a "demo-and-close" cycle—it’s a "consult-and-conquer" mission.
Bridge the Gap: Translate high-level engineering specs into undeniable business value for C-suite executives and Heads of Engineering.
Navigate the Labyrinth: Master the art of the long-game. You’ll navigate regulatory hurdles, procurement bottlenecks, and technical validation phases with surgical precision.
Drive the Roadmap: Act as the "eyes on the ground," feeding market intelligence back to our product and engineering teams to ensure our tech remains the industry's unfair advantage.
Battle-Tested: You have 6+ years of experience in high-stakes B2B sales (SaaS is fine, but Hardtech/Industrial/DeepTech experience is your "secret sauce").
Technically Literate: You don't need a PhD, but you should be able to hold your own in a room full of engineers without breaking a sweat.
The "Grind" Enthusiast: You understand that hardtech sales take time. You have the patience of a hunter and the persistence of a hydraulic press.
Strategic Navigator: You know how to map a complex organization, identify the "Economic Buyer" vs. the "Technical Champion," and neutralize the "Saboteur."
