This role is part of our Ayrshare team, one of our growing brands at saas.group.

Ayrshare is the number one Social Media API for SaaS platforms, AI companies and Digital Agencies. We offer one API to publish, schedule, analyze, converse, and message across 13 social networks. Our platform is a highly stable (near-100% uptime) headless API, built by developers for developers. We’re used by hundreds of companies and thousands of engineers worldwide.

Today Ayrshare handles enterprise scale - we handle 20 million API calls and publish 20,000 posts every day - but we’re not selling to enterprises.  You’ll work closely with our CEO and a small senior engineering team to help expand this legendary product for engineers into marketing, product and growth teams to unlock bigger deals and new sales channels.

Profile Overview

We are looking for a Lead Account Executive to drive growth, set the foundation for scalable outbound sales success, and close high‑value enterprise deals for Ayrshare. This is a hands-on closing role with a path to leadership as we scale; you’ll work closely with the CEO and Engineering to align messaging, partnerships, and product. You’ll be key to accelerating revenue growth, introducing new playbooks, and setting high standards for customer engagement.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

  • Take ownership of the pipeline and prioritize the largest, highest‑priority opportunities.
  • Build a repeatable outbound + inbound motion, refining messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Launch partnership outreach with AI and low‑/no‑code platforms (e.g., Replit, Bubble, Make, n8n, Bolt, Lovable) and begin targeted enterprise outreach.
  • Close $250,000+ in new business per quarter through a mix of larger deals and channel partnerships.
Your responsibilities
  • Build, refine, and own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signature.
  • Drive outbound: build target lists, craft sequences, and run high‑tempo outreach.
  • Explore the Enterprise market for our software and help craft our Enterprise offering.
  • Be a sparring partner for the CEO, influence Ayrshare’s roadmap and positioning.
  • Develop and track sales KPIs to drive performance and accountability; maintain a rigorous Pipedrive CRM and forecast hygiene.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage platform/channel partnerships across AI and low‑/no‑code ecosystems.
What You bring to the table
  • 7+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a track record of meeting/exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with the full sales cycle (outbound and inbound), including lead generation and prospecting
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and objection‑handling skills; experience structuring $250k+ ARR deals (>$500k preferred).
  • Advanced communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • A structured, analytical, and data‑driven mindset; resourceful and resilient in a high‑autonomy environment.
What’s in it for You
  • Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like.
  • Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
  • Minimum bureaucracy: We don’t like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady & sustainable.
  • Small & friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
  • Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning and expertise with each other internally.
  • Flexible time off: We want you to recharge your batteries when needed.

Ayrshare is part of saas.group and we have a shared goal of succeeding together.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
