The Opportunity

We're looking for experienced freight sales professionals who love the hunt—opening doors, building relationships, and turning prospects into long-term customers.

As an Account Executive, you'll have the autonomy to build your pipeline and pursue new business while leveraging Armstrong's technology, nationwide network, and internal support teams to deliver solutions for your customers.


What You'll Do

● Prospect, develop, and grow new shipper relationships

● Own your sales pipeline from initial outreach through customer acquisition and growth

● Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day while leveraging email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other prospecting strategies

● Understand customer transportation needs and develop competitive solutions

● Stay informed on freight-market conditions, pricing, and capacity trends

● Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience

● Maintain accurate prospect and customer activity within our CRM

What We're Looking For

● 3+ years of customer sales experience within freight brokerage or third-party logistics

● Proven ability to prospect and win new business

● Strong understanding of the freight market and transportation sales process

● Competitive, resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable creating opportunities from scratch

● Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

● Ability to manage a pipeline and priorities independently
