JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team and drive enterprise-level business development at Silk. This is a strategic hunter role focused on acquiring net-new accounts in the $100M–$10B revenue range. You’ll lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, offering solutions that include eCommerce implementation, cloud integrations, UX, and digital growth services. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through account-based outbound strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with VP- and C-level executives
- Manage 1–6 month sales cycles with deal sizes in the low to mid six-figure range
- Lead solution-selling engagements in collaboration with technical SMEs
- Create and deliver tailored proposals that align to business goals and digital roadmaps
- Drive expansion in existing strategic accounts when appropriate
- Track activities and pipeline via HubSpot and sales enablement tools
- Travel as needed to support deal progression and relationship development
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a solution-sales role within technology consulting, digital agencies, or SaaS
- Proven track record of landing and growing large enterprise accounts
- Experience with both B2C and B2B brands, ideally in eCommerce or digital transformation
- Familiarity with cloud commerce, SaaS, UI/UX, and systems integration
- Skilled in using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo/SalesIntel
- Strong executive communication and strategic thinking ability
- Openness to feedback, fostering meritocracy through continuous growth and improvement
