Senior Account Executives engage new customers, drive business growth through sales, and manage client relationships. They meet sales targets through prospecting and presenting solutions.
The Senior Account Executives are responsible for helping prospective customers discover solutions to their business challenges and educating them about Service Express products and services. They are also responsible for the sales growth of the organization’s services and converting leads into customers.
What You Will Do:
- Engage and focus on procuring new logo customers
- Source and generate new business by prospecting and cold calling potential customers
- Adhere and exhibit skills that embrace Service Express sales methodology to qualify new leads, overcoming prospect objections, and pricing/negotiating deals that are profitable to Service Express
- Effectively run and execute meetings with new prospects and set meetings with prospects that hold and build pipeline
- Uncover prospects’ needs and position Service Express offerings to solve challenges
- Develop and deliver customized prospect proposals based on needs analysis to prospective customers
- Build and manage 12-month pipeline, consistently executing to drive results
- Partner and strategize with Sales Development Representatives to penetrate new accounts and territories to drive sales results
What We Are Looking For From You:
- Experienced complex seller with a history of success in a customer-facing new business sales position
- Proven background in heavy prospecting and new logo/business development
- Proven performance in full sales life cycle is required: including prospecting, proposals, presentations and strong track record of closing new customers
- Strong track record of consistently hitting quota and driving new logo revenue
- Background in selling services is preferred
- Consultative seller who understands a longer sales cycle
