Do you love identifying, prospecting, and generating new sales within assigned accounts and territory? As the Senior Account Executive you'll partner with internal teams in Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales Operations & other cross functional teams to target opportunities, develop account specific sales strategies and close new opportunities. In this role, you'll use internal tools and systems to hone sales skills, source opportunities, build pipelines, and seek increasingly complex accounts in the 200 to 1000 fleet size space. You’ll Get To:
- Ensure the achievement of sales goals to include evaluating current business, leverage data analysis, identifying new sales opportunities, develop strategy to achieve targets and develop and implement action plans
- Identify new business opportunities with prospects and evaluate their position in the industry, researching and analyzing strategies
- Maintain a professional presence, and possess the ability to articulate ideas that will make valuable contributions to clients
- Sell solutions from Lytx by developing relationships with clients, focusing on solving their business issues, and recommending solutions
- Ability to transition from selling current Lytx safety solutions and services to AiO expertise in delivering innovative new products that are influential in corporate strategy
- Serve as the point person on sales pursuits, independently preparing and orchestrating sales strategy and aligning cross-functional support to influence and win deals
- Partner with Demand Generation and Marketing leadership on campaigns, provides recommendation to leadership to incorporate into future efforts
- May serve as mentor to team members impacting top line through others
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 6 years of successful consultative selling, SaaS based environment
- An undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred
- Successful experience selling into the Mid-Market space (sales cycle 3-6 months)
- A results driven, metric oriented sales professional with ability to partner cross-functionally, build relationships and leverage key partners to consistently meet quotas/goals
- Strong ability to communicate well in writing and articulate sophisticated technical and business context in formal presentations at higher levels
- Strategically and thoughtfully identifies and solves problems in complex situations through the application and integration of analytical skills, creativity and judgment to convert interested prospects into clients
- Organized with a strong work ethic; ability to adapt and switch gears between a range of duties (sourcing new prospective clients, building pipeline, maintaining product knowledge, managing current client critical issues as needed, presenting to clients, maintain client data in Salesforce, etc.)
- Up to 50% travel may be required
This role is paid a flat rate, in addition to being eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The flat rate is:
