Senior Account Executive, Enterprise

Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 base. On Target Earnings up to $300,000

Location: Totally Remote

Required: HR Tech or HR Practitioner Experience

This role requires either enterprise HR tech sales experience or hands-on HR practitioner experience (in-house HR, ER, compliance, or fractional HR consulting). Candidates without one of these backgrounds will not be considered. If you've run HR at a company, sold HR technology, or built a fractional HR practice and want to bring that expertise in-house through sales, this role was built for you.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to own the full enterprise sales cycle at AllVoices, driving new business across Fortune 1000 organizations. You'll bring a consultative approach to selling into CHROs, CFOs, Legal, and Compliance leaders, and you'll know this buyer because you've either sold to them or been one of them. This role reports directly to the CRO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from discovery to close and expansion, across Enterprise organizations
  • Engage CHROs, CFOs, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement leaders to diagnose business challenges and build tailored solutions
  • Lead discovery and demos that articulate ROI through customized, executive-level presentations
  • Own procurement cycles, legal redlines, security reviews, and compliance processes
  • Lead RFP/RFI submissions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and deliver accurate SalesForce forecasts
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing on seamless sales cycle, onboarding and expansion
  • Stay current on HR tech, compliance, and InfoSec trends relevant to enterprise buyers

What Success Looks Like

  • Hitting or exceeding quota across large Enterprise deals
  • Building and expanding relationships across HR, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement
  • Navigating longer-term enterprise sales cycles
  • Contributing to predictable pipeline growth and forecast accuracy
  • Being credible with HR, Compliance, and ER teams from the first conversation — which is why HR tech or HR practitioner experience is required

Qualifications

  • HR tech sales experience or HR practitioner experience required (see above)
  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle Enterprise SaaS sales experience, consistently exceeding quota
  • Proven track record closing large ACV Enterprise deals
  • Skilled in enterprise sales motions: multi-threading, business case development, and value-based selling to CHROs, CFOs, and senior execs
  • Experience managing procurement, redlines, InfoSec reviews, and risk assessments
  • Familiarity with RFP processes and cross-functional proposal collaboration
  • Salesforce fluency with strong command of sales metrics and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong financial acumen; able to build a business case and articulate ROI
  • Comfortable navigating security, privacy, and compliance standards (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.)
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills

About You

  • Goal-Oriented: You love winning and consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Empathetic & High EQ: You build authentic, lasting relationships
  • Adaptable: You embrace change and move quickly in startup environments
  • Multitasker: You manage multiple complex deals and prioritize smartly
  • Resilient & Relentless: You push forward and adjust strategy without losing momentum
  • Creative Problem-Solver: You uncover real needs and offer high-impact solutions
  • Independent Contributor: You drive your own book of business and close deals autonomously
  • Collaborative: You seek feedback, share knowledge, and contribute to team wins

Benefits

Benefits: We put a premium on attracting and retaining the best talent. That’s why we reward our people with a competitive salary and a wealth of amazing benefits, including company equity, 401k matching, medical, dental and vision insurance.

We’ll also throw in unlimited paid time off, paid holidays, remote flexible work, company equipment and more!

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
