The Senior Account Executive manages relationships with some of Realtor.com® | Homes for Sale, Apartments & Houses for Rent ’s larger Brokerages and Teams. This senior-level individual contributor role requires deep understanding in the Real Estate industry and the marketing strategies of top-tier agents. You will work on identifying opportunities to optimize processes, scripting, and product offerings to drive New Upsell and Renewal Sales revenue.
This role is responsible for collaborating with the Director of Strategic Accounts and cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Go-To-Market, Sales Operations) to execute high-level growth strategies.

What You’ll Do:
- Revenue Growth: Manage a portfolio of top subscription clients; achieve monthly goals through renewals and upselling new solutions.
- Business Development: Target and close new high value-level prospects through our range of product suites.
- Strategic Lead: Act as the primary solutions expert for complex accounts; partner with Director of Sales to refine client profiles and sales tactics.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Work with leadership to align department goals and improve organizational efficiency.
- Travel: Required 50% of the time for face-to-face meetings at client offices and industry Trade Shows.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 5+ years in high-performance sales; proven track record of hitting rigorous KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Influence: Ability to drive decisions and collaborate with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Execution: Self-starter with superior time management and the ability to thrive under deadline pressure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional communication skills and a knack for troubleshooting complex client needs.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office

All ranges are location based, ranges for positions in other locations may vary based on the local market.
This is a base + commission role. The annual total target compensation for this position is $160,00.00 USD.
