With nearly $2 billion in loans closed, Park Place Finance can close quickly in 14-21 days for your clients needing DSCR lending, without the hassle of a traditional loan process.
Our ideal candidate must have Non-QM and ideally DSCR loan origination experience and an investment property lending background. Training, CRM, In House Capital, In House Underwriting and marketing support provided. Must be able to handle high volume loan originations, and high volume leads. Excellent communications skills and product knowledge a must. Training and Leads provided.
Conventional loan officers, realtors and loan brokers encouraged to apply, as we are fully licensed to originate traditional loans, as well as hard money loan.
