Job Description

Audigent, a part of Experian is the leading data activation, curation and identity platform. Audigent's pioneering data platform unlocks the power of privacy-safe, first party data to maximize addressability and monetization of media at scale without using cookies. This is a remote position reporting to the Head of Strategic Accounts. As one of the industry's first data curation platforms powered by its unique identity suite (Hadron ID™), Audigent is transforming the programmatic landscape with its SmartPMP™, ContextualPMP™ and CognitivePMP™ products, which use artificial intelligence and machine learning to package and increase consumer-safe data with premium inventory supply at scale

What You'll Do

As a Senior Account Director on our Strategic Accounts team, you'll own and grow relationships with Audigent's most important enterprise clients. This hybrid role combines client success, account management, and sales responsibilities - you'll serve as a trusted advisor to partners, identify expansion opportunities across our product suite, and mentor junior team members. You'll be the strategic bridge between our clients' goals and our teams, driving revenue growth while setting the standard for client management. Location Preference: NYC Hybrid or US Remote

Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Growth

  • A senior contact for strategic accounts, building trust-based relationships with decision-makers at brands and agencies
  • A trusted advisor providing strategic guidance to help clients succeed
  • Implement upsell/cross-sell opportunities across the EMS and Audigent product suite
  • Develop client-aligned media strategies using market trends, audience insights, and competitive analysis
  • Build new business revenue from top-tier agencies and brands

Team Development

  • Coach junior Account Managers and Account Leads
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and commercial excellence
  • Share best practices and strategic guidance to improve team performance
  • Support AMs in developing strategic plans to achieve portfolio goals

Team Impact

  • Partner with Product, Sales, Solutions, and Marketing to translate client feedback into platform improvements
  • Represent territory priorities across departments, influencing product development decisions
  • Ensure understanding between Sales and Client Success teams on strategic account planning

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in sales, business development, and client success within advertising technology
  • Experience exceeding revenue goals and growing strategic accounts
  • Experience selling programmatic data, PMP deals, or managed services to agencies and brands
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients
  • Experience with programmatic ecosystem (publisher and buyer perspectives)
  • Expertise in programmatic advertising
  • Fluency with DSPs (TTD, DV360), DMPs, SSPs, and data platforms
  • Experience with identity,data,and audience products in ad tech
  • Experience translating client needs into relevant solutions and growth strategies
  • Expert in reporting tools, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience presenting to executive level partners
  • Track record in mentorship roles
  • Experience with pioneering evolving media categories
  • Experience with ad exchanges, aggregators, and data onboarding platforms
  • Travel Required: Occasional travel for client meetings and events

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
