Description

We’re looking for an Interactive Visual Designer who excels at translating brand identity into engaging, user-focused digital experiences. This role is centered on designing interactive websites and experiences that enhance the online presence of brands. Reporting to the Design Team Lead, you’ll collaborate with strategists and developers to create visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces that resonate with consumers. You’ll work with brands in a range of industries, including—but not limited to—retail, lifestyle, direct-to-consumer, and editorial, delivering impactful, brand-driven web experiences.

Requirements
  • Visual & Interactive Design Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing visual design for brand-centric websites and digital experiences, ideally with experience in industries like fashion, retail, lifestyle, editorial, and direct-to-consumer services.
  • Branding & Storytelling: Ability to extend brand identities into engaging online experiences, using design to tell each client’s unique story and reinforce their market presence.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. While coding is not required, a solid understanding of development helps ensure your designs are practical and feasible.
  • Prototyping & Animation: Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for prototyping and adding subtle animations. Ability to bring designs to life with interactive elements that enhance user experience.
  • Creative Thinking & Problem-Solving: Strong creative thinking skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to push beyond conventional design approaches to create unique, brand-centered experiences.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. Ability to articulate design decisions and adapt based on feedback.
