Job Description

What You'll Do:

SALES:

  • Achieve retail sales objectives through the education of management.
  • Exhibit strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Plan and manage time effectively when working in store to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in driving revenue.
  • Participate in and ensure execution of store events and initiatives to achieve sales goals.
  • Partner with Director of Pro US and Manager of Pro US and drive sales initiatives, leveraging education to drive a positive ROI.
  • Build partnerships with store leadership to ensure store visits are scheduled to drive maximum business impact. Plan in-store coverage during key store hours.
  • Observe, investigate, facilitate and follow up on all aspects of Gondola management, including Visual Merchandising and Inventory.

EDUCATION & ARTISTRY:

  • Be an outstanding role model for education and artistry skill and lead by example.
  • Exhibit consistent, appropriate, and effective training and artistry skills.
  • Be a passionate, professional, positive brand representative to internal and external clients.
  • Partner with Store Leadership team in identifying and addressing areas for development in artistry, business, presentation, or other areas of opportunity.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • Must have two or more years of experience in field sales experience within the retail cosmetics field. Experience within Sephora is preferred.
  • Experience in make up on productions is a plus.
  • Must be able to exhibit and speak to Pro MUA make up skills.

Additional Information

Salary Range:
$22-$27/hour

 

MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of experience, performance, and tenure. The bottom third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees developing in their role. The middle third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are strong performers. The upper third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are consistently high performers. While the published salary is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range.
