- Support the sales team by running leads with reps as part of ongoing training and performance development
- Attend appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team; assist in closing deals when needed
- Conduct follow-up visits and "cancel/save" appointments to recover stalled opportunities
- Partner with the Rehash Manager to re-engage with past prospects
- Monitor and analyze team performance to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded
- Lead regular sales meetings and training sessions to drive continuous improvement
- Set clear expectations for team performance aligned with company goals
- Foster a high-energy, accountable, and supportive sales culture
- 5+ years of successful in-home sales experience (home improvement industry strongly preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in a sales leadership or management role
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate sales professionals
- Confident closer with a consultative sales approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with technology, including iPad presentations and digital contract tools
- Organized, self-driven, and performance-focused
- Steady flow of high-quality, pre-qualified leads
