With a consistent flow of qualified leads and strong brand recognition, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Selling Sales Manager to lead from the front.Position Overview
We’re seeking a driven, experienced sales leader to manage, mentor, and grow our team of In-Home Sales Representatives. This is a player-coach role—you’ll lead by example in the field, close deals, and actively support your team in reaching and exceeding sales goals.
If you have a proven track record in in-home sales, ideally within the home remodeling industry (especially bath or kitchen remodeling), and you’re ready to step into a leadership role with high earning potential and strong company support—this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team by running leads with reps as part of ongoing training and performance development
  • Attend appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team; assist in closing deals when needed
  • Conduct follow-up visits and "cancel/save" appointments to recover stalled opportunities
  • Partner with the Rehash Manager to re-engage with past prospects
  • Monitor and analyze team performance to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded
  • Lead regular sales meetings and training sessions to drive continuous improvement
  • Set clear expectations for team performance aligned with company goals
  • Foster a high-energy, accountable, and supportive sales culture
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of successful in-home sales experience (home improvement industry strongly preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales leadership or management role
  • Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate sales professionals
  • Confident closer with a consultative sales approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with technology, including iPad presentations and digital contract tools
  • Organized, self-driven, and performance-focused
