The Sellers Operations Associate will onboard brands, manage compliance, handle technical queries and ensure their success on the Complex platform through effective communication and organization.

What You'll Do
- Write, edit and update brand facing articles within our knowledge center.
- Onboard brands to the Complex ecosystem walking them through vendor compliance, integration and answering any technical questions that may arise.
- Identify and report bugs or unexpected behavior to the appropriate teams, track fixes, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Hold onboarding calls to walk brands through integration and onboarding.
- Respond to emails and follow ups ensuring brands meet all the milestones for onboarding.
- Work with eCommerce and Marketplace teams to facilitate seamless handoff in the seller lifecycle.
- Work with brands to ensure their continued success on the Complex platform through increasing AOV, acquiring new product assortments, and building brand confidence while selling on Complex.
Who You Are
- You thrive in fast-paced, startup environments and adapt quickly to change. You're passionate about culture shaped by craft, and excited to partner with brands to create experiences that seamlessly blend content, commerce, community, and real-world engagement.
- 1-2+ years experience working with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Salesforce, Woo Commerce, Squarespace, Magento, etc.
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or vendor services, ideally within a technical or SaaS environment.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to represent the company in conversations with brands and sellers on Complex.
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Quick to grasp new processes and maintain focus in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Experience in vendor compliance or trust and safety is a big plus.
