Segment Marketing Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Marketing Associate to join the Segment Marketing team. This individual will support our new logo Small Group (Practices with 0-5 MDs), Group (organizations with 6-300 MDs) and Enterprise (organizations with 300+ MDs) sales segments to drive new + advance existing opportunities. Through partnering with the Segment Sales teams and with the broader marketing organization, the Segment Marketing Associate will help to develop and execute innovative campaigns and programs that drive demand and grow market share in a competitive, highly fragmented industry. The right candidate is a team player who enjoys learning and problem solving, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Creative Services, Channels, Product Marketing and Content teams to develop and execute multichannel, persona-based campaigns that differentiate us in market and accelerate pipeline and sales growth.

  • Proactively engage with the sales team to coordinate campaign activities; communicate frequently to build trust and alignment.

  • Test, measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, report on results and learnings.

  • Equip sales with market and audience insights, messaging, and proof points to help increase sales productivity and effectiveness.

  • Work with Events, Brand, & other centralized marketing functions in support of corporate-level programs and audience messaging.

Typical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field

  • 1+ years of experience in business-to-business marketing; healthcare preferred

  • Proven experience working with sales teams; actual sales experience is highly desirable

  • Excels at time management; able to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines at once

  • Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment 

  • Highly detail-oriented

  • Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills 

  • Ability to analyze data, build reports within Excel, and generate actionable insights

  • Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget

  • Possesses a natural curiosity to learn
