Role Summary
Fresh graduate Physical Security Specialist (AI & Advanced Systems) is responsible for improving site security through the deployment, operation, and optimization of intelligent security technologies. Key Responsibilities
1. Security Operations & Enforcement
- Enforce physical security policies, procedures, and controls across site operations
- Supervise daily operations of access control, CCTV, and screening checkpoints
- Support rapid response to incidents, escalations, and security breaches
2. AI-Driven Security Systems Management
- Deploy, manage, and optimize AI-enabled security systems (e.g., video analytics, behavior detection, anomaly detection)
- Monitor system performance and ensure accuracy of AI models (false positives / false negatives)
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure
3. Next-Generation Screening & Detection
- Support implementation of sophisticated screening technologies (e.g., AI-enabled X-ray, biometric screening, automated detection systems)
- Continuously assess screening efficiency and recommend improvements
- Leverage data analytics to identify gaps, trends, and risk patterns
4. Data & Risk Analytics
- Analyze security data (CCTV analytics, access logs, incident trends) to identify threats and vulnerabilities
- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership transparency
- Apply predictive analytics to proactively mitigate risks
5. Incident Management & Investigation
- Lead or support investigations using digital evidence, video analytics, and system data
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Partner with internal stakeholders and law enforcement when required
6. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with corporate security frameworks (RBA, TAPA, ISO standards)
- Support audits and certification activities
- Maintain documentation of AI system usage, governance, and controls
7. Vendor & Technology Management
- Manage security system vendors and AI solution providers
- Support evaluation, POC, and deployment of new technologies
- Ensure vendors meet performance, security, and compliance requirements
8. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Drive adoption of automation and AI to improve operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through intelligent systems
- Stay current with emerging security technologies and industry trends
