As a Seasonal Support Associate focused on Book Fairs, you’ll be an essential part of ensuring Book Fair Coordinators run a successful fair. You’ll provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, help enter book orders for schools, and coordinate with other departments to ensure each school is fully taken care of.

As a result, we like to be transparent and up-front about the compensation. The hourly rate for this role is $17.50 per hour.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Providing personal customer service to the contact running the book fair at the school

  • Checking in with the contact at the school to help run their fair

  • Distributing resources to the book fair contact to assist in book fair planning and operation

  • Providing internal support for Business Development Reps and Account Managers

  • Using Google Sheets and Salesforce

  • Communicating with operations to ensure the fairs stay stocked through their duration

  • Updating the CRM as customer inquiries are solved

  • Entering sales orders on behalf of customers

  • Operating and helping instruct customers on how to use the Square register

Hours: This position will be scheduled 25 hours per week from approximately August 24 - November 22, 2025. You may be asked to work up to 29 hours on busy weeks, likely to occur between October 15 - November 15. Operating hours for this department are from 9am - 9pm CST. Successful candidates will be asked to return in future seasons.
