We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager - Sales Development with strong business development process knowledge and expertise, dedicated to driving insights and operational rigor for our AMS Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. Reporting to the Director of Global SDR Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing data insights to SDR leadership, including KPIs, performance metrics, goal attainment pacing, and conversion rates analysis to drive actionable business improvements
  • Supporting SDR leadership with QBR preparation, SDR/Sales interlock data, and auditing monthly SDR results
  • Collaborating with cross-functional analysts to assess pipeline creation, SDR processes / technology stack, campaign performance, and lead funnel health
  • Managing SDR dashboards to ensure operational insights related to territory analysis, pipeline generation, MQL SLAs, opportunity creation, and results measurement

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a large Sales Development organization, with a focus on operations or analytics
  • Strong knowledge of SDR workflows (territory management, MQL/SQL tracking, pipeline development, SDR-to-Sales handoff) and proficiency with Salesforce and enterprise sales tools (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets for analyzing and tracking key performance metrics
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (SDR leadership, marketing, sales) and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in Sales Development or direct sales prospecting/lead generation, with strong knowledge of SDR workflows and processes
  • Proficiency in advanced reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau/BI tools) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) for data-driven decision-making and collaboration on campaigns/MQLs
  • Proven project management skills, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives to scale SDR performance in fast-paced environments

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$122,500$175,000 USD
