As an SDR, you will cold call real estate brokers to book demos, experiment with outreach strategies, and contribute to the startup's growth.
We’re looking for an ambitious SDR who thrives on cold calling to join us on a mission to turn a "fast-growing, promising startup" into a real estate industry #1 disruptor, impossible to ignore.
We’re a team of 14 hustlers who built an amazing product, found product-market fit, and are now scaling at the speed of light to take as much market share as possible.
Our customers are real estate brokers and team leaders — we know them all. Your job is to call them and book a demo. They respect people who can sell, because that's how they built their business.
This role is for you if…
- Are you the #1 dialer who actually enjoys cold calling?
- Do you get energy from finding prospects with real pain and helping them ACTUALLY solve it?
- Are you a self-starter who doesn’t wait for “the manager to help with X” but finds a way?
- Have you successfully filled a calendar with B2B sales meetings before?
- Do you want to be part of a team that is obsessed with what they do every day?
- If you’re nodding your head — keep reading.
This role is NOT for you if…
- You'd rather email or DM instead of dialing
- You think cold calling = bothering people
- You need step-by-step instructions for everything
- Rejection drains your motivation
- You prefer stable corporate environments over startup chaos
- You measure effort instead of results
No hard feelings — but we’re building something different here.
What you’ll actually do
- Cold call brokers and real estate team leaders
- If they don't pick up - we LinkedIn, we email, we find a way
- Book demos. Book demos. Book demos.
- Fill the calendar with qualified booked demos
- Experiment with outreach strategies and improve them
- Help build the early sales engine of a breakout startup
What makes someone successful here
- You love dialing
- Rejection pushes you forward; it doesn't slow you down
- You take ownership instead of asking permission
- You care about results, not activity metrics
- You want a team of great characters around you
What you get
- Competitive base + strong commission
- Equity — you’re joining early
- Direct access to founders
- A team that moves insanely fast
- Real ownership and impact
- Remote-friendly work
This isn’t a comfortable corporate job, but if we win...
How to apply
Send to: [email protected]
- Your LinkedIn or resume
- A short note summarizing your previous experience and your results in booking demos for B2B SaaS.
