Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Integration & Transformation

  • Lead integration of Software and Controls into a unified SCS operating model
  • Deliver committed cost and revenue synergies from integration
  • Establish governance, operating rhythms, and KPI management across the combined business
  • Drive lean transformation and sustainable productivity across the P&L

2. Strategy Definition & Execution

  • Develop and operationalize the mid- to long-term strategic vision (H1/H2/H3)
  • Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps across products, markets, and operations
  • Partner with M&A and BD to evaluate and integrate inorganic opportunities
  • Define and evolve the combined marketecture and value proposition

3. Commercial & Customer Impact

  • Co-own successful delivery of key programs representing a significant portion of segment performance
  • Build deep customer intimacy through VOC and market engagement
  • Align strategy with customer needs to drive new revenue streams and growth

4. Operational Excellence & Governance

  • Establish joint KPIs and performance management systems
  • Drive accountability through structured operating cadences (e.g., Hoshin, reviews)
  • Improve ITO/OTR processes to increase efficiency and execution speed

5. Stakeholder & Change Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Software, Controls, Product, and Operations
  • Influence without direct authority across a complex, matrixed organization

Required Qualifications:

  • 10–15+ years of leadership experience in industrial, energy, software, or controls-related industries
