Role Description:
As a Scrum Master & Project Manager you will be responsible for guiding Agile teams, coordinating project activities, and ensuring business results are achieved through effective delivery. You will lead and facilitate sprint ceremonies, support backlog management, and provide Agile coaching to help teams continuously improve. In this role, you will coordinate across cross-functional teams, remove blockers, and ensure initiatives move smoothly from planning through execution.
You will also play a critical role in organizing and tracking initiatives, using tools like Jira, Trello, or Monday.com to manage progress and reporting. As a central point of contact for the client and internal teams, you will help drive alignment on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
Beyond delivery, you’ll be invited to contribute to the growth of the firm through practice development, mentoring, and internal initiatives.
We look for our Senior Consultants to have several of the following:
- 3–5 years of experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Coordinator on cross-functional teams
- Experience facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
- Strong ability to remove impediments, track risks/issues, and drive accountability on deliverables
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or similar)
- Familiarity with loyalty, third-party delivery (DoorDash, UberEats), supply chain, or logistics industries (preferred)
- Experience managing project scope, schedule, and milestones
- Ability to balance Agile coaching with delivery focus — listening first, then guiding teams to adopt best practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
