As a Scrum Master Associate PNC's Technology Data Products organization, you will be based in a home location in Oklahoma. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

• Fosters Agile values and practices. May begin to support a scrum team.
• Ensures team adherence to Agile principles. Assists with coaching a Scrum Team on how to execute the Scrum framework.
• Experiments with processes and tools that encourage continuous improvement to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk.
• Works in partnership with more senior scrum masters to protect the team from outside influences to ensure the team remains focused on Scrum Team priorities.
• Partners with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog items are prioritized based on business value.
