The Scheduling/Project Coordinator supports the Project Management team by managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring smooth client account administration.
Social Factor is looking for a temporary, remote, US-based, Scheduling/Project Coordinator for 10 hours a week supporting the Project Management team. This person is responsible for handling the day-to-day management of scheduling platforms and administrative project management tasks supporting client accounts. To excel at this role, the Scheduling/Project Coordinator will be adept at handling details, follow up, and administrative tasks and demonstrate confidence in partnering with key cross-departmental roles throughout the company.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as day to day support to Project Management to be a dependable, organized, and clear communicator at all levels and through all avenues.
- Responsible for identifying and prioritizing tasks based on their urgency and importance to ensure critical project elements receive appropriate attention.
Scheduling Focused
- Support project management team with scheduling updates and changes on a daily basis
- Managing time off requests
Project Focused
- Evaluate cross-departmental capacities and supports PM in prioritization management
- Supports PM in addressing potential workload challenges and adjusting deliverable schedules in PM software
- Experience working with remote team resource management.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant project management team support or experience managing projects, teams and/or scheduling in a school, business or association setting.
- Working knowledge of basic Google Suite including Google Sheets, Google Drive, Asana and Scheduling Software (Humanity/Everhour)
- Detail oriented professional with a proven ability to learn on the job.
- Willingness to wear multiple hats and pitch in where needed, in support of the team and creating excellent work for our clients.
- Previous experience with scheduling in any capacity a plus
