As a Remote Scheduling Coordinator at Turquoise Health, you will manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for internal teams and clients to ensure efficient time management and seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage calendars for multiple team members
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, calls, and events
  • Send reminders and confirm appointments
  • Assist with organizing team events and special initiatives
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or operations
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and calendar management tools
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
$50,000 – $65,000 depending on experience
