THE ROLE: 

Join a central Ops team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering our teams to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.

As a Scheduling Analyst within the Workforce team, you will be responsible for scheduling and planning the daily workflows of your teams. You will be working closely with all relevant teams involved in our products. The role requires a combination of good planning and organizational skills. Focused on content distribution, work schedule optimization, hours distribution, and database compilation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Shift Scheduling Ownership – Manage long-term shift planning aligned with monthly content and coverage requirements.
  • Vacation Planning and Tracking – Monitor and align vacation requests against operational needs and targets.
  • Absence Management – Process and maintain accurate records of sick leave and other absences.
  • Training Coordination – Schedule and track training activities to meet predefined staffing and coverage goals.
  • Content Analysis – Analyse and monitor monthly transferred content to support operational insights.
  • Reporting and Data Consolidation – Collect, verify, and consolidate data for the Workforce Team’s monthly reporting.

  • Data Competency – Confident in collecting, organising, and reporting data to support operational decision-making.
