The Scheduler processes inspection requests, assigns inspectors, manages scheduling, and communicates with stakeholders to ensure timely inspections.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for receiving and processing inspection requests, scheduling appropriate inspectors based on location, qualifications, and client-specific requirements. This role requires high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. They will ensure all inspection activities are efficiently scheduled, executed, and completed.
Pay Range: $20-$25/hr
Hybrid Role – Working onsite several days a week at SQA Services HQ in Palos Verdes Estates

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process inspection requests via various channels
- Assign inspectors based on location, qualifications, and client-specific requirements
- Schedule travel for inspectors, when needed
- Ensure all inspection activities are scheduled promptly and accurately
- Address any immediate inspection issues that arise
- Ensure inspections are completed as planned
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with SQA HQ, inspectors, clients, and other stakeholders
- Ensure all scheduling information is accurately documented and communicated to relevant parties
- Ensure inspection status, including inspections not completed as planned, are communicated to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the aerospace or related manufacturing industry is a plus
- Experience with and knowledge of aerospace-related parts manufacturing and quality requirements is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using scheduling and project management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
