• 職務内容• 必要な安全教育を受講し, 安全基準および関連手順を遵守した上で業務を遂行する• フォトリソグラフィ装置(スキャナー)の導入, 立ち上げ, および性能評価を主導する• 装置のインストール, アップグレード, 改造に関する計画立案および実行管理を行う• 装置の稼働率, 生産性, および精度の観点から性能最適化および安定維持を推進する• 装置起因の不具合に対して体系的なトラブルシューティングおよび根本原因解析(RCA)を実施し, 再発防止策を確立する• 装置条件および設定の最適化を通じて, 製品品質および歩留まりの向上に寄与する• 装置サプライヤーと連携し, 装置性能向上および技術改善を推進する• 装置仕様, 運用手順, 保守基準, 性能指標などに関する文書の作成および維持管理を行う• 社内外の監査対応を行うとともに, 必要に応じて是正措置の実施を推進する

• 日本語による基本的なコミュニケーション能力を有している方(日本語能力試験(JLPT)N2以上相当が望ましい)
• 英語による基本的なコミュニケーション能力を有している方(高校卒業程度)

• Job Summary
As a Photo Scanner Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for a broad range of activities including equipment start-up, performance optimization, and sustaining stable operation of photolithography scanner systems.
You will lead the evaluation and implementation of new equipment as well as modifications to existing systems, supporting productivity improvement and quality enhancement for both current and next-generation products.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, facilities, development organizations, and equipment suppliers to continuously improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.
The position also requires the ability to work independently and to deliver projects successfully within defined timelines.
• Responsibilities and Tasks• Complete all required safety training and perform duties in compliance with applicable safety standards and procedures• Lead the installation, start-up, and performance evaluation of photolithography scanner equipment• Plan and manage equipment installation, upgrades, and modification activities• Drive optimization and sustainment of equipment performance in terms of availability, productivity, and accuracy• Perform systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure effective recurrence prevention• Contribute to product quality and yield improvement through optimization of equipment conditions and settings• Collaborate with equipment suppliers to drive performance improvements and technological enhancements• Develop and maintain documentation related to equipment specifications, operating procedures, maintenance requirements, and performance metrics• Support internal and external audits and promote the implementation of corrective actions where required
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Basic communication skills in Japanese (preferred: equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders• Ability to understand, explain, and transfer technical knowledge clearly• Basic knowledge of programming languages and database systems• Familiarity with scripting, RPA, and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau)• Strong time management and multitasking capabilities• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
