The Opportunity

As the talent landscape becomes increasingly data-driven and dynamic, the role of Talent Acquisition is evolving from advisory to architect. We are seeking a forward-thinking Scaled Analytics and Innovation Manager to join our Global Talent Acquisition Operations team. This role will partner closely with global senior leaders across TA, finance, and business teams and leaders to design, scale, and innovate analytics and AI.

What you'll Do
  • AI Integration Across Hiring: Act as the lead advisor for implementing AI in Adobe hiring. Support innovation in high-impact areas like engineering hiring re-imagination and selection-process design. Partner across Global TA, Employee Experience, Legal, and Tech to ensure ethical, compliant, and scalable use of AI in hiring.
  • Lead TA Analytics Strategy and Team: Oversee a team of analysts to build nimble and predictive models to forecast hiring needs, candidate success, and process bottlenecks. Lead the team in conducting detailed analyses and transform complex data into compelling stories that inform leadership decisions and develop strategy.
  • Selection Process Innovation: Act as in-house specialist for selection process design, including competency modeling at scale and AI-aided assessments. Collaborate with hiring teams to pilot and refine AI tools that enhance fairness, speed, and quality in candidate evaluation.
  • Data Governance & Integrity: Partner with People Analytics to improve data hygiene and dashboard accuracy. Ensure data used in AI models is clean, unbiased, and aligned with privacy standards.
  • Executive Enablement: Serve as the trusted advisor to TA leadership. Synthesize and translate complex data from across corporate functions (Finance, People Analytics, and the business) into compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions.
  • Market Sensing: Understand hiring trends including talent competitors' hiring demand changes as a function of AI, technology stack, and talent skill availability in alignment with Adobe hiring needs. Serves as a bridge between TA, Finance, and People Analytics to ensure decisions are connected to internal metrics and external market trends.
  • Boost Organizational Capabilities: Build programmatic rigor to enhance the TA function's skills in people analytics and data storytelling.
What you need to succeed
  • 10+ years of experience in people analytics, talent strategy, workforce planning, or financial modeling, preferably in a global enterprise or consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and advise C-level collaborators with clarity and confidence.
  • Strong analytical toolkit (e.g., Advanced Excel, Tableau/Power BI), and comfort working in a technical environment (e.g. SQL, database structures).
  • Experience leading matrixed, cross-functional teams that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • A passion for innovation, systems thinking, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Business or related field preferred, with equivalent experience considered
  • Experience leading AI adoption projects or readiness assessments preferred

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
