The Saviynt Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions using Saviynt. This role ensures secure and compliant access management across enterprise systems, supporting lifecycle processes such as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.

This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

Job Description

  • Configure and maintain Saviynt Identity Governance platform, including connectors and integrations with systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, Oracle applications, and other enterprise SaaS applications and tools.
  • Develop and manage access provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, enforcing Separation of Duties (SoD) and compliance controls.
  • Implement and monitor certification campaigns, access reviews, and audit dashboards for regulatory alignment.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to integrate authoritative sources (e.g., UKG) and ticketing systems for automated lifecycle management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle, application onboarding, and Saviynt configurations.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Support production migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning of Saviynt environments.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and compliance frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations involving Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, and Oracle applications.
  • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, SQL, JSON) and API-based integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with cloud-based identity solutions and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with audit and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR).
  • Saviynt certification or equivalent experience.

Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000 and may include a discretionary bonus.  Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
