KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Training & Adoption Consultant to support user enablement, training delivery, and adoption activities for SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition) implementations. The ideal candidate will help organizations prepare their workforce for change by developing and delivering effective training programs, adoption strategies, and learning materials that drive successful business transformation.

This role will work closely with Change Management Leads, Project Managers, Functional Consultants, Business Process Owners, and end users to ensure employees are confident, capable, and ready to adopt SAP Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Planning
  • Develop comprehensive training strategies aligned with SAP GROW implementation timelines and business objectives.

  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify role-based learning requirements.

  • Create training plans, schedules, and learning roadmaps for business users and key stakeholders.

  • Support organizational readiness and user adoption initiatives.

Training Development & Delivery
  • Design and develop engaging training materials including:

    • User Guides

    • Quick Reference Cards

    • Process Documentation

    • eLearning Content

    • Training Presentations

    • Job Aids

    • Knowledge Base Articles

  • Deliver instructor-led virtual and classroom training sessions.

  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs and support super-user networks.

  • Facilitate hands-on workshops and SAP system demonstrations.

User Adoption & Enablement
  • Support adoption initiatives that increase user engagement and SAP system utilization.

  • Assist business users in understanding new processes and SAP best practices.

  • Monitor training effectiveness and adoption metrics.

  • Gather user feedback and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Support go-live readiness activities and post-go-live user support.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with Change Management, Functional Consultants, and Business Process Owners to ensure training content reflects future-state processes.

  • Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops to understand process changes and training impacts.

  • Collaborate with project teams to align training activities with implementation milestones.

  • Support communication and awareness campaigns related to SAP adoption.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, user enablement, or organizational adoption programs.

  • Experience supporting ERP, digital transformation, or enterprise application implementations.

  • Strong instructional design and adult learning principles knowledge.

  • Experience developing training materials and facilitating end-user training sessions.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote and client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, SAP GROW, or SAP Cloud ERP implementations.

  • SAP Enable Now experience.

  • Prosci Change Management certification.

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • SAP Activate methodology knowledge.

  • Consulting or system integrator experience.
