The SAP Solution Architect will gather requirements, design solution blueprints, manage project plans, implement DWC, and perform data modeling and validation.
This is a remote position.
Comerit is searching for an SAP Solution Architect for a current client.
Job Description is as follows:
- Interaction with the Business
- Lead the Requirements gathering, write Solution Blueprints (functional & technical)
- Design of dashboards & reports
- EDW Design
- Strategy for EDW / BI system landscape
- Application architecture (DWC)
- Implementation (DWC mostly – HANA DW is the foundation for that)
- Interfaces, Integration with source systems and BI front end
- Data Modeling
- Knowledge of ECC, BW is needed
- Data validation with technical and business teams
- Performance optimization
- Establishing and documenting standards for development
- Technical and business documentation, Knowledge Transfer
- Project Management: manage to a plan
- Agile sprints – manage iterations and deliverables
- Work with the client PM to (re-)organize the project plan and iterations according to business priorities and technical complexity
- Issue resolutions & escalations – document, communicate, prioritize, follow-through
