Key Responsibilities
SAP SRM/MM Support:
- Provide operational support for SAP SRM (classic implementation), including Internal and External Catalog Management, Org Plan Maintenance, Workflow Administration, and User Authorization.
- Utilize SAP Marketplace (SRM) for procurement activities and PO generation.
- Provide operational support and configuration for SAP MM modules, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Logistics Invoice Verification, Physical Inventory, MRP, and Vendor and Material Master Data Management.
- Design and maintain SAP workflows related to procurement processes.
SAP Concur Support:
- Provide daily operational support for SAP Concur modules (Request, Expense, Travel, and Invoice).
- Lead open "office hours" to assist employees with Concur-related inquiries.
- Resolve helpdesk tickets related to SAP Concur in a timely and efficient manner.
- Serve as a direct point of contact for the Accounts Payable team.
Project and Business Operations Support:
- Support purchasing-specific projects, including Procurement for Public Sector, Service Procurement, and automation, simplification, and acceleration of procure-to-pay processes.
- Provide Business Operations Support, leveraging user experience with SAP ECC or SRM.
- Support Accounting Analysts, Accounts Payable Processors familiar with Concur and SAP, Budget Analysts, HR Analysts, Payroll Analysts, and other business operational roles.
- Provide support for Human Resources/Time Management/Payroll, with a focus on resolving concurrent employment (CE) issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex CE-related problems within SAP.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience
- Proven experience in SAP SRM, MM, and Concur modules.
- Strong understanding of procurement, materials management, and financial processes.
- Experience with SAP Marketplace (SRM) and PO generation.
- Knowledge of SAP Workflow design and administration.
- Experience supporting purchasing-specific projects, including Public Sector and Service Procurement.
- User experience with SAP ECC or SRM.
- Experience with Vendor and Material Master Data Management.
- Experience with Inventory Management.
- Experience resolving helpdesk tickets and providing end-user support.
- Experience with concurrent employment issues within SAP HR/Payroll.
- Strong preference for those with direct experience resolving issues caused by concurrent employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certification in SRM, MM, or Concur.
- Experience with automation and simplification of procure-to-pay processes.
- Experience working in a public sector environment.
