KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP PMO Lead to establish and manage Project Management Office (PMO) functions for SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition) transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for program governance, project controls, reporting, resource tracking, risk management, financial oversight, and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple SAP Cloud ERP projects.

This role will work closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, Executive Sponsors, SAP Consultants, and client stakeholders to provide visibility, consistency, and governance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
PMO Governance & Controls
  • Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks for SAP GROW implementation programs.

  • Define project management standards, templates, reporting structures, and governance processes.

  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology, project controls, and delivery standards.

  • Monitor project compliance, quality metrics, and governance requirements.

  • Support portfolio management and project prioritization activities.

Program Reporting & Executive Communications
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, project status reports, KPI tracking, and governance documentation.

  • Prepare steering committee materials, executive presentations, and leadership updates.

  • Consolidate reporting across multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders.

  • Provide visibility into program health, risks, issues, budget performance, and resource utilization.

  • Facilitate governance meetings and action tracking.

Financial & Resource Management
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and financial performance.

  • Track resource allocation, utilization, demand planning, and capacity management.

  • Support project managers with budget controls and financial reporting.

  • Identify resource constraints and coordinate staffing requirements across programs.

  • Assist with vendor management and contract tracking activities.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
  • Maintain centralized risk, issue, decision, and dependency logs.

  • Monitor mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution of critical items.

  • Escalate program-level concerns and provide recommendations for resolution.

  • Support project audits, health checks, and governance reviews.

SAP GROW Program Support
  • Support planning and execution of SAP GROW implementation projects.

  • Coordinate activities across functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, and change management teams.

  • Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and governance requirements are achieved.

  • Promote best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Finance, or related field.

  • 10+ years of PMO, project governance, program management, or project controls experience.

  • Experience supporting ERP transformation or enterprise software implementation programs.

  • Strong experience with:

    • PMO Governance

    • Project Reporting

    • Budget Tracking

    • Resource Management

    • Risk & Issue Management

    • Executive Communications

    • Portfolio Management

  • Advanced skills in project management and reporting tools.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting SAP GROW or SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition programs.

  • SAP Activate methodology knowledge.

  • PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PMOCP, or equivalent certification.

  • Experience with SAP implementation partners or consulting organizations.

  • Experience managing global or multi-country transformation programs.

  • Advanced expertise with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar PMO tools.
