Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP HR modules, including Employee Self Service (ESS), Manager Self Service (MSS), Payroll, Time Management.
- Organizational Management (OM), Compensation, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Benefits Administration.
- Develop and maintain HR workflows, including those related to OM and HR forms. Integrate SAP HR with external systems, such as NeoGov and the State Employee Benefits Board (SEBB).
- Provide daily support for payroll operations and resolve related issues.
- Utilize Fiori for HCM and implement improvements.
- Link information from Qualifications Catalog to Talent Management. Manage FMLA workbench processes. Address and resolve concurrent employment issues.
- Support integration with WA Health Care Authority (HCA).
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience
- Proven experience in SAP HCM module implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes.
- Experience with Fiori for HCM, Payroll, and Time Management.
- Knowledge of integration with external systems (e.g., NeoGov, SEBB).
- Experience with OM, HR workflow, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Benefits Administration.
- Experience with FMLA workbench. Experience with concurrent employment issues.
