Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support for SAP Concur modules (Request, Expense, Travel, and Invoice).
- Lead open "office hours" to assist employees with Concur-related inquiries.
- Resolve helpdesk tickets related to SAP Concur in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in support meetings with the District’s Concur systems integrator.
- Serve as a direct point of contact for the Accounts Payable team.
- Provide support for Human Resources/Time Management/Payroll, with a focus on resolving concurrent employment (CE) issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex CE-related problems within SAP.

- Strong understanding of Concur configurations and functionalities.
- Experience resolving helpdesk tickets and providing end-user support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with concurrent1 employment issues within SAP HR/Payroll.
- Strong preference for those with direct experience resolving issues caused by concurrent employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Concur certification.
- Experience working in a public sector environment.
