KATBOTZ LLC is seeking seasoned SAP Accounts Payable Consultant with over 10 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team and optimize accounts payable functions through sophisticated SAP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Development Cycle Management: Lead all tasks in the development cycle for accounts payable, including business process definition, SAP configuration, unit testing, user testing assistance and follow-up, coordination, training, post-live support, and issue resolution.
Implementation Leadership: Design and implement comprehensive SAP accounts payable solutions that streamline processes such as invoice management, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation.
Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor teams responsible for delivering high-impact technology transformation projects for notable international clients.
Advisory Services: Provide expert advisory in SAP accounts payable processes, leveraging extensive industry knowledge to enhance operational efficiencies.
Collaborative Solutions: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet complex financial objectives while ensuring seamless integration with client systems.
System Configuration: Direct the configuration, customization, and enhancement of SAP Financial modules, ensuring adherence to best practices in accounts payable management.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making and improve accounts payable functions, generating key reports that provide insights to stakeholders.
Testing Protocol Development: Create and execute rigorous testing protocols to ensure the integrity and accuracy of accounts payable processes within SAP.
User Training and Support: Train and support users in new processes and technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication: Manage communication with project stakeholders, track progress, assess risks, and adapt strategies to secure project success.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
10+ years of direct experience in accounts payable operations or consulting, with a strong focus on SAP-enabled transformations.
Proven track record of leading successful SAP accounts payable implementations.
Extensive knowledge of SAP’s accounts payable components and a comprehensive understanding of financial systems integration.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant professional certifications (CPA, CTP).
Proficient in the integration of SAP with other financial systems and data sources.
In-depth understanding of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment cycles, and vendor management.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and effectively manage significant project deliverables.
Exceptional strategic planning, client interaction, project management, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical capabilities with a broad perspective on financial and operational developments.
