Overview:

Samsung and 2020 Companies are looking for a passionate, full-time Sales Experience Lead to join the team!

Step into our interactive and fun product theater, where you’ll treat shoppers to an immersive experience with Samsung’s exceptional products and services. As a Sales Experience Lead, you are the life force of your store and a "player-coach" for the team. Your mission is to create a vibrant, engaging, and positive atmosphere where customers feel empowered to explore and fall in love with Samsung technology, all while guiding and inspiring your team to success.

With your entrepreneurial spirit, every customer engagement is a personalized concierge experience. You'll build trust from the moment they walk in, ask the right questions to uncover their needs, and guide them to their ideal tech solutions. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store and supporting store management with the day-to-day operations.

Pay: Hourly pay $22.00

Schedule: Full-time, nights and weekends, retail store hours

Work Location: Samsung Experience Store

Job Description:

  • Be the life force of the store! Greet every customer with a welcoming and energetic attitude.

  • Be proactive and a true detective, using open-ended questions to discover a customer’s needs and provide personalized, perfect-fit solutions with confidence.

  • Become a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the entire sales journey and helping them create an incredible technology experience with Samsung products.

  • Show off your technical skills by providing basic device troubleshooting, diagnosing mobile device issues, and facilitating service tickets.

  • Master the art of the upsell, confidently recommending product bundles and complementary items to encourage additional purchases.

  • Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.

  • Handle customer escalations with empathy and a can-do attitude, turning a negative experience into a positive solution.

  • Stay in the know by completing all product, services, and soft skills training to become a Samsung expert.

  • Crush your personal sales goals while helping the store hit its overall performance targets.
