If you are a Production Assembler professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Rushville, IN location.

As an Assembler, you will be Responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging compressors and sub-assemblies according to production and quality standards in an ISO9001 environment.

Responsibilities

  • Fit and assemble parts to create completed product
  • Verify dimensions, alignment, and conformance of finished workpiece to specifications
  • Rotate through all jobs in the area
  • Promote and maintain safety and open communication throughout the facility

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and push or pull parts or containers frequently.
  • Ability to read and understand job instructions
  • Ability to work overtime when needed.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, essential functions assessment, and drug screen.
