 As a Car Sales Representative at Honda World, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through the car-buying process with expertise and care. You’ll have the opportunity to connect customers with the perfect Honda vehicle to meet their needs, while delivering top-notch service that reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate would have prior automotive sales experience with a proven track record.


Car Sales Representative Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting and purchasing Honda vehicles
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
  • Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values with customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service
  • Stay informed about the latest Honda models, features, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership

Qualifications

Car Sales Representative Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales goals
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or education is a plus

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
