Who we are

We're a leading, global security authority that's disrupting our own category.  Our encryption is trusted by the major ecommerce brands, the world's largest companies, the major cloud providers, entire country financial systems, entire internets of things and even down to the little things like surgically embedded pacemakers.  We help companies put trust - an abstract idea - to work. That's digital trust for the real world.

Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Technical Architect to take ownership of Salesforce (SFDC) as the central hub of our revenue operations. This is not just a configuration role — we need a strategic thinker who can collaborate with stakeholders, operations, and analytics teams to design and implement solutions that prioritize correctness, robustness, and efficiency.

The right candidate will bring both deep technical expertise and the ability to ask the right business questions, ensuring Salesforce drives scalable and impactful revenue processes. A background in consulting or cross-functional collaboration is a strong plus.

What you will do

Strategic Design & Architecture

  • Translate business requirements into scalable SFDC solutions with a focus on correctness, robustness, and efficiency.
  • Make informed design decisions around system architecture, data flows, and integrations.
  • Establish governance and best practices for Salesforce development and administration.

System Administration & Development

  • Configure and customize SFDC, including objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Manage integrations with GTM tools such as Eloqua, LeanData, Jira, and other SaaS platforms.
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and scalability.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics to ensure Salesforce serves as a strong hub for revenue efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping the business understand trade-offs and guiding towards sustainable solutions.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure documentation is maintained in Confluence and Jira.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes, propose improvements, and drive execution.
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
  • Champion automation and data-driven approaches to scale GTM efficiency.

What you will have

Experience & Expertise

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and/or architecture experience.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, with exposure to Marketing integrations and RevOps workflows.
  • Strong background in system design, data modeling, and integration strategies.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance technical depth with business context.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead discussions around trade-offs in system design and process automation.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • Consulting background or experience working with multiple stakeholders across different functions.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with GTM SaaS tools like Eloqua, LeanData, Jira, and Confluence.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
