Key Responsibilities:
Manage and direct other developers and QA team members
Perform design and code reviews for engineering team members, as needed.
Lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for Work Order Management and Field Service
Collaborate in daily scrums with the Salesforce development team to progress assigned user stories through the sprint
Collaborate with client and other vendor engineering teams to develop solutions for automotive service/technician business requirements
Execute on Salesforce user stories (Configuration, LWC, Apex, Integration, etc.)
Some Field Service experience preferred; experience with Work Order Management, Scheduling, etc.
Drive technical designs for user stories and articulate to extended development team members as needed
Basic Qualifications
Minimum Salesforce Customization Apex: 6 years of experience
Minimum Salesforce Customization LWC: 6 years of experience
Minimum Salesforce Field Service: 4 years of experience
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
Salesforce Integration design and development experience (Webhooks, Services, Callouts)
Salesforce Technical Architecture experience
Experience with Jira for Agile Project/Ticket Management
Experience with Git for Deployment
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate development progress and designs to IT stakeholders
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
