Job Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Salesforce Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the business and technical solutions within the Salesforce platform, participate in strategic planning for future Salesforce enhancements and create, maintain, and deliver training for all users. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze business processes, design, test and implement effective solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities and align with business needs and productive uses of the platform. This position will manage large scale projects and act as escalated technical support for Salesforce problems reported by the business. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, strong analytical skills, strong project management skills, strong business acumen, and effective communication to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions. A portion of this role will be to govern and maintain the Highspot Sales Enablement Tool and ensure successful integration with Salesforce.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete ownership of Highspot and the integration with Salesforce

  • Project manager for all Salesforce initiatives- will have exclusive ownership coding and quoting in Salesforce

  • Integrating AI capabilities with Salesforce for Small Business Segment

  • Managing integration of internal Salesforce to Broker portals

  • Owning all training initiatives for Salesforce (user guides, end user training)

  • Face of Salesforce to the business- Relationship management

  • Managing IT relationship to complete projects

  • Working with Senior Leadership to confirm and prioritize Salesforce projects; Influence roadmap planning for Salesforce future use

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IS, analytics, or other field preferred or equivalent and relevant experience.

  • 10+ years of experience as a business analyst, including at least 5 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst

  • 5+ years’ experience working as part of an agile team preferred.

  • Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies.

  • Practical experience with tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA, required.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design principles

  • Proven experience leading successful Salesforce implementations

  • Proven ability to demonstrate planning and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and successful history of cross-functional collaboration with diverse staff members at all levels.

  • Experience working with stakeholders (i.e., Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Operations teams) and influencing outcomes – consulting skills.

  • Strong aptitude for collaborating and building relationships, understanding team dynamics, taking initiative, and solving problems.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow through.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, CRM Analytics, Power BI, Excel)

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, customization, and data management principals

  • Proven experience implementing and governing spots, content, and integrations on Highspot

  • Expert level proficiency with Excel

The expected hiring range for this position is $101,850.00 - $146,850.00 annually. This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards. The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.


Work location may be flexible if approved by the Company.
