Salesforce Solution Architect

What will you do at Sweep?

As a Salesforce Solutions Architect at Sweep, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, owning solution design from discovery through delivery. You will lead technical scoping, architecture decisions, and hands-on implementation while managing multiple concurrent customer engagements. This role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong customer communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. As a Salesforce Architect you will:

• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business requirements, technical constraints, and success criteria

• Own technical scoping, solution architecture, and implementation plans for Salesforce-based solutions

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions including data models, automation, security models, and custom functionality

• Provide hands-on configuration and development using Sweep and Salesforce tools (Flows, Apex, Lightning components, etc.)

• Serve as the primary technical and consultative point of contact for customers throughout the engagement

• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, scope, and technical complexity

• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to align customer needs with product capabilities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of solution design and delivery experience, including hands-on Salesforce work

• Proven experience working directly with customers in a technical, customer-facing role

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and automation

• Hands on experience with Salesforce configuration and development

• Ability to scope projects, estimate effort, and manage multiple parallel engagements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
