We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and maintain enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role requires a strong balance of development expertise, platform knowledge, and security-first thinking, with a particular emphasis on Salesforce Shield capabilities (Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, Data Masking, and Data Classification).
You will play a key role in delivering scalable, high-performing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds while ensuring secure data handling, clean implementations, and alignment with architectural standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Support implementation of data models, automation strategies, and application features
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
- Contribute to CI/CD processes, deployments, and environment management
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs and enterprise integration patterns
Salesforce Security & Shield Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Salesforce Shield, including:
- Platform Encryption for protecting sensitive data
- Event Monitoring for logging and audit visibility
- Data Classification to support governance and compliance
- Data Masking to protect data in non-production environments
- Configure and maintain permission models, including permission sets, FLS, and sharing rules
- Ensure secure handling of data across applications, integrations, and environments
- Support security, compliance, and audit initiatives
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer / Developer
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex, LWC, SOQL
- Flows and declarative automation tools
- Salesforce APIs and integrations
- Experience with Salesforce Shield, including:
- Platform Encryption
- Event Monitoring
- Exposure to Data Masking and Data Classification
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
- Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.)
- Experience in enterprise, multi-cloud Salesforce environments
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.)
- Experience working closely with architecture and product teams
