We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and maintain enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role requires a strong balance of development expertise, platform knowledge, and security-first thinking, with a particular emphasis on Salesforce Shield capabilities (Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, Data Masking, and Data Classification).

You will play a key role in delivering scalable, high-performing solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds while ensuring secure data handling, clean implementations, and alignment with architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
  • Support implementation of data models, automation strategies, and application features
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
  • Contribute to CI/CD processes, deployments, and environment management
  • Build and maintain integrations using APIs and enterprise integration patterns

Salesforce Security & Shield Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Salesforce Shield, including:
    • Platform Encryption for protecting sensitive data
    • Event Monitoring for logging and audit visibility
    • Data Classification to support governance and compliance
    • Data Masking to protect data in non-production environments
  • Configure and maintain permission models, including permission sets, FLS, and sharing rules
  • Ensure secure handling of data across applications, integrations, and environments
  • Support security, compliance, and audit initiatives

Requirements
    • 3–6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer / Developer
    • Strong hands-on experience with:
      • Apex, LWC, SOQL
      • Flows and declarative automation tools
      • Salesforce APIs and integrations
    • Experience with Salesforce Shield, including:
      • Platform Encryption
      • Event Monitoring
      • Exposure to Data Masking and Data Classification
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
    • Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD practices

Preferred Qualifications

    • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.)
    • Experience in enterprise, multi-cloud Salesforce environments
    • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.)
    • Experience working closely with architecture and product teams
